Wood fired pizzas
Our wood fired pizzas are cooked to perfection in a traditional clay oven, using seasoned oak and cooked within 45 seconds – 1 minute. Both traditional thin crust bases and sourdough bases are available on the evening, depending on your preference.
Paella street food
Paella adds a wonderful focal point for your admiring guests & is a great opportunity for photographs. This in turn creates a mouth-watering air of expectancy with the enticing aromas of our own spice blend.
Indian street food
An array of Indian spiced marinated meats, delicious authentic curry sauces & homemade dhal served with freshly prepared roti breads seasoned with garlic & coriander butter. Served street food style from our dressed gazebo with a selection of Indian themed decorations.
Mexican Fajitas
A Mexican style food feast with a selection of fillings from marinated chicken, spiced shredded beef, pulled pork, halloumi & jack fruit for guests to choose from. Served with crispy lettuce, sautéed peppers & onions, accompanying sauces, grated cheddar & tortilla wraps allowing for guests to build their own fajitas.
New York street food
New York style street food our gourmet hot dog bar offers a selection of locally made sausages with gluten free, vegetarian & vegan as an option with a large variety of delicious toppings for you & your guests to choose from. Served alongside our famous dirty Cajun fries this is sure to be a taste of the big apple.
Hog Roasts
Hog roasts and spit roasted pigs are always a great addition to any social event or wedding catering. All of our pigs are supplied by local farmers who specialise in producing good quality affordable products as well as maintaining a high level of animal welfare.
