Locally sourced meat
Like our farmers who supply us, we believe that happy animals produce ‘delicious meat’. We have a variety of machines to offer cooking the whole hog to perfection until tender & moist with crispy crackling.
One of our roasters has the option to cook various joints on a rotisserie spit offering a variety including locally sourced beef, pork, lamb, chicken & turkey with marinades, rubs & glazes to accompany that produce mouth-watering & delicious alternatives to the traditional hog roast.
